I’m Jody Cartee, and I’ve been helping buyers and sellers throughout Upstate South Carolina for 12 years. Real estate is more than opening doors and writing contracts. It’s knowing the market, communicating well, negotiating hard for your clients, and making sure they understand what is happening every step of the way.

Before real estate, I spent 11 years in law enforcement, including several years as an investigator. That background taught me the importance of preparation, attention to detail, communication, and staying calm when situations get complicated. Those same qualities are a big part of how I approach real estate today.
